====== Synchronize All from TermWeb ====== {{::newsync_tw_mt.png?400|}} Here you enter the configuration for a synchronization from TermWeb to MultiTerm. All fields are required. * **Process Name** A name for the process.\\ * **Run Every** The time interval between executions of the process, from 1 minute up to 48 hours.\\ * **TermWeb Dictionary** Select the TermWeb dictionary from which entries should be copied.\\ * **TermWeb Sections** Select one or more sections in the selected dictionary from which entries should be copied.\\ * **Termbase Name** Enter a name for the new MultiTerm termbase that will be created from the TermWeb dictionary. The name of the selected dictionary is automatically copied into this field.\\ * **Termbase Data Folder** (only for MultiTerm Desktop) Select the folder where MultiTerm should create the database files for the termbase. Click "**Save**" to save the configuration. TermWebIntegrator will then try to create the termbase with the same structure as the TermWeb dictionary. If a termbase with same name already exists, TermWebIntegrator asks if you wish to use the existing one. This is useful if the termbase previously was created by TermWebIntegrator, and the synchronization process was accidentally deleted. Connecting to existing termbases not created by TermWebIntegrator is not recommended and can cause unexpected results. === Limitations === TermWebIntegrator cannot create termbases when the dictionary contains fields with same name on concept and term level. A workaround is to rename one of the fields in TermWeb before configuring the synchronization.
