=== TermWebIntegrator cannot connect to TermWeb ===

Check that the computer where TermWebIntegrator is installed can access the TermWeb server and not is blocked by a firewall. Also check that the specified API URL is correct. The default API location is like http://servername/termweb/api.

=== TermWebIntegrator cannot log in to TermWeb with specified user ===

Check that Client, User Name and Password matches the desired user in TermWeb, and that both client and user are enabled. The user also needs to be included in a Group with API access allowed.
