A synchronization process defines which data should be transferred between TermWeb and MultiTerm. There are two types of processes:
This process creates a new termbase in MultiTerm based on the structure of a TermWeb dictionary, and optionally copies term data from TermWeb to the new MultiTerm termbase. Later updates, additions and deletions in the TermWeb dictionary are transferred to MultiTerm.
This process transfers new entries created in MultiTerm into a section in TermWeb. The entry can then be modified in TermWeb as normal, and transferred back to MultiTerm by a Full synchronization process.
For each process you define the process name, and a time interval between executions of the process. The time interval can be set from 1 minute up to 48 hours.
Click the “New” button below the process list.
This opens a dialog where you can select the type of process. Click “Continue” to continue to the process settings.
